I have purchased three of these for different sets of people. I started with one and loved it so much I bought more...then a friend of mine saw it and wanted one for her parents. I did get one that had some defects, but I contacted customer service that day and sent in pictures showing the defects and they quickly sent me a replacement. Tips: make lots of prints to see what fits well, use vertical (portrait) shots of 4x6 to fill the letters top to bottom. Order in time to get it and fill it.
