Perfect except for packaging

I have had products made before and just love how they turn out and I really like my banner. I haven't seen my son in 2 years and made him a 30" x 70" Welcome Home banner with where he was and some photos. Personalization Mall did wonderfully. It was only the packaging that made me almost give it a 4 star because it did affect what I received. The banner was rolled and put in an appropriate sized box, but a rubber band had been placed in the center of the banner. And it so happens that the outside of the banner was creased badly and that's where I had 2 photos. I wish tape or another solution would be used because it damaged a perfect banner and there's no time for me to try to replace it. Luckily, my son will be too thrilled to return from Alaska to notice it. But we, his family did. Otherwise, the support in designing the banner was excellent. Everything is excellent! Just not the rubber band.
