Adorable bibI love the saying on this bib, especially for a baby’s first Halloween, but I have to be totally honest, I received my first one all damaged at the seam with it being opened. Plus the purple on the front had white spots all over, I was under the impression that a bib would not look like velvet, but more on the terry cloth side, which is what is underneath, Thus, I called customer service and was asked to take photos and I did send them. Did not hear, so called again and then got an email saying they never got the attachments and asked me to send them again via a different way. Still never heard, so when I called, the rep said yes, they have photos. She then told me that they would send me a replacement. Ok, fine (even though I would not have this as a gift I needed prior ) but I accepted. Well, the second one was worse....cotton stuffing sticking out of the side and the seam once again not closed up. Just looked bad and even when I showed two people to ask their opinion, they agreed. After several emails and phone calls, finally I was told I would get a credit for this product.
I strongly suggest using a more versatile, baby friendly fabric and be sure seams are closed. This was my first purchase ever from this company that did not meet my satisfaction. Idea of this bib is great, but quality was poor.
