The engraving was nicely done. The lock was a little tricky to open at first but once we got it open it was fine. Overall, pleased with the item.

Classic and Handsome

The quality of this item is excellent. We are very happy with it and proud to give it to our son for his graduation from college to mark his accomplishments and inspire his future. The accompanied box does not require wrapping. The shipping box was also something to note. Two items came in the order and they were packed well and with care. The personalization part of the gifts were covered with a foam sheet. We are very happy with both gifts- they were just as they looked on the preview picture - if not nicer. The edit and preview options were so helpful in allowing you to try different fonts and design options. I will be shopping Pmall again. The only thing I miss sometimes is talking to a live person, but I think that is available. Again, very, very happy with the gifts, and this one in particular matches my son; classic, handsome and accomplished!
