I was looking for a slim lunch bag, and I love anything personalized due to my unique nickname, so this bag was appealing. The size and quality are great for what I wanted. But when I first received the bag, I was disappointed that my name was located much higher up on the flap. Instead of being positioned on the flat front part of the flap, it's closer to where the flap curves over the top of the bag. And when the bag is full and expanded, it's worse. I contacted customer service and sent photos, thinking this was just a placement error. They quickly agreed to remake the bag, so the customer service was responsive and professional. However, the name on the new bag is in the same location, so be aware that this may be an issue. I'll continue to use the bag but it'll just be one of those things that will bug me a little each time I see it. But overall I've always loved all the products I've ordered from Personalization Mall.
