I have given this piece to people who’ve lost their loved ones several times in the past. Generally I give it to husbands/wives or those who’ve lost their parent. Pmall also sells sympathy ornaments, I give those to friends not as close to me. Seeing a personalized gift for a loss they’ve experienced touches their heart when they open it. I think it’s better than sending flowers.
