The product is super cute!!! I was concerned how the pictures would turn out. They turned out really clear, and look great. I will say... it did take forever to personalize this product on-line. You do have to make sure that you get the pictures just right. However, the time put into creating the product was worth it. I would do it again. I will add that there was a big hold up in the shipping, for some reason, but we did get the product in time for Valentine's Day. I have ordered several times from Personalization Mall and have never been disappointed.
