I just spoke with the mom of the little girl this was purchased for the Bunny ordered was absolutely adorable and she loves it, but unfortunately the shipping process was unacceptable she received a notification from the post office that the item was received in damaged condition the box that it was in was almost destroyed. Surprised enough that the stuffed animal made it though that, and since I paid extra for the gift box for her it was just heart breaking. The online service your company provided was wonderful don’t get me wrong I’m very happy with the service, but based on the shipping that was used it will be a factor in my decision to order from you again I know once it leaves your facility you have no control. It’s just frustrating as a consumer and sad to have to have our deliveries by whomever it may be not care about how your packages are treated. Her mom and I thank you again for the adorable bunny.
