The mug was done well, but in my ignorance I misspelled a word. I wish Personalization.com would have questioned it and asked me about it before printing it. The word was "perfection". I inadvertently left out an "e", and spelled it "prfection". This was a gift and I was embarrassed to say the least, as I had it shipped to the person's address.

This is a very nice, heavy cup. Good construction for sure. The only complaint would be that the inside color and handle color did not match the printed color. (two different shades of blue) I would have just gotten a white mug with the blue print knowing what I know now.
