The bamboo board is beautiful! The first board arrived with marks on it, the wood was defective, and the engraving was not very good. I contacted customer service and sent pictures and they quickly made a new one and FedEx’d it to me since I ordered the first with express shipping for a gift. The recipients love it! Thank you!!

I was not satisfied with the first name on the board or last name on board. The first name was Rudolph and you can’t even read it especially R and last name Beedie you can’t read because the print. Everything else this time was great. But board disappointed, it is a gift.
