Great Experience Shopping at PMall By Shopper  (Hayward, WI) - December 10, 2022 The online shopping itself was 5+ stars. Customer Service did an outstanding job of immediately correcting an omission I had made in the customization almost as quickly as I reported it and with only one brief email from me! The ornament was as cute as they've all been over the past 20 years. And the shipping only took a few days. This is why I come back to PMall year after year.

Beautiful This ornament turned out beautiful! I love that it had enough room to add all of my family, children and spouses, grandchildren and pets both ours and theirs. I had to keep rearranging the names to get the families together but I finally figured it out. It has a place to insert a small bulb from the tree lights to light up the ornament which draws attention to it. This is one of my favorite ornaments and will be displayed for years to come.

 A little disappointed By Shopper (Owenton, KY) - December 10, 2023 This is the first time in many many years that I have been disappointed in an item I have received by this company. The actual ornament was adorable! It was exactly what I wanted. However, the top was put together very poorly. The string was wrapped around the silver piece and I’m afraid to move it as it seems fragile like it would break easily. Seems thrown together in a rush.
