This is the first time it has ever arrived broken. I sent a picture to pmall and they made it right immediately. That is why I don’t business with them. Great customer service.

Very Nice Just perfect for the holidays. Great quality, however I do prefer the matte version better. The pictures show up better on that one.

Too Dark By Shopper (Camarillo, CA) - December 17, 2020 The actual image was darker than it looked on the image I sent. Also, most of the baby's face image is covered by the shadowing the bottom.

First time in years not happy I have been ordering for years photo ornaments and this was the first year that I couldn’t even recognize my little grandson in the picture it came dark and blurry my camera lightened it but it is actually dark where you can’t recognize a face I am glad that p.m. replaced it but the second one is just a tad lighter. When ordering the preview did not say use a different picture and it came out clear.CS when I called looked at the preview and said it looks fine too & she can see pic sent it isnt

 HAZY PICTUREI purchase a new photo ornament of my family every year to add to our Xmas tree. This year I purchased a new 2021 ornament & one to replace a 2017 ornament accidently broken by my son. Although I still love having the photo ornaments to remember our years, the photo quality on the new ornaments are not very good. The 1st ornament has a gray haze over the bottom half of the picture obscuring my sons face. The 2nd replacement ornament is nowhere near as sharp as the old 2017 ornament that was broken. It's like comparing pictures taken by an old iphone & the latest iphone model. I still love them just wish the quality of the picture were like prior purchases.

Personalized 2 sided ornament #of Us I was very disappointed that the number on this ornament covered up my grandkids face in the photo. The number should have been lower and smaller.
