Absolutely beautiful and brought tears to the recipients eyes.

This is my 3rd wind chime I’ve purchased from this company and find them lovely gifts. Don’t like paying for shipping but they expedited this last one in 4 days from the day I ordered it. Very pleased.

Chimes were packaged nicely. The sound is amazing. She loved the engraving for her 41 years with her organization. Inside for now until winter is done.

Arrived in perfect condition and in a timely manner. Beautifully gift wrapped, but a little disappointed in the material used for the engraved message. It looks like a heavy black piece of cardboard with the wording on it. I was expecting something "engraved" on, perhaps a piece of "metal" so it would be more weather worthy.

This is a quality product. It is very well crafted. My disappointment is with the hanging piece that only has his name and years of service on one side. Put it on both and it’s a five star review.
