To whom it may concern, I’ve been a long-time customer, and continue to be pleased & impressed with your website, customer service (when needed), prices, and great products year after year. However, this past year, I was disappointed in the fact that my products were not shipped & delivered by the expected delivery date. This was especially frustrating, because this was the 1st year that I needed to utilize your “rushed delivery” option, was was considerably more $ than standard delivery. As a result, I had to drive to the local FedEx location and pick up the products on my own, because I needed to give them out later that afternoon.
