I purchased this item for my grandson who is 16. It is a beautifully bound book with his name engraved on the top. The color is a manly gray that he will like. I’m not sure if he journals, but I plan to tell him to just write down little notes like his best volleyball scores, ACT and SAT scores. Maybe a note or two about the college visits he is now doing. The book is beautiful and some day he will appreciate having his “notes”. I hope he likes it!!
