Love this Great quality,durable. Exactly what I expected & wanted. I ordered it for my car to hang from the rear view mirror so I had to get a little creative for hanging since ribbon wasn't designed for that & also came PRE- knotted but it worked perfect!

I gave this to my mother for her birthday, with a photo of our beloved cat who passed away this year. She loved it and cried when she opened it. My only issue was the picture I put on it ended up looking much darker than it really was, so make sure the photo you use is well-lit. They forgot to put the keepsake pouch in my order, but the lady on the phone was very nice and sent it right out with free shipping.

Beautiful Beautiful product, well made. Only reason for 4 stars is because it says it comes with a ribbon to hang it with and mine did not come with one.
