I ordered these for my granddaughters - their daddy is a fireman and they are all about fire trucks. They loved these. I had messed up ordering and was really disappointed to learn that I wasn’t going to receive these until after Christmas. Needless to say, I was thrilled when the package arrive on my front porch Christmas Eve. I know the company went out of its way to make this happen and I really appreciate it. Rated it a 4 though because there was the tiniest smudge in the personalization...not enough to be a problem but the first time I've had this happen. I am always pleased with the items I purchase from Personalization Mall and will continue to buy from them.
