My only complaint, and it had nothing to do with the product, which is why I still gave 5 stars, is that I paid extra for gift packaging and the gift packaging included was ripped and the ribbon was shredding. The gift packaging I would not order again. I could've done better myself.

I also ordered the gift box so it was sent to her wrapped as I would do. She called me crying she loved it so much! It was perfect for small memorabilia and picture from the intended. Quick and perfect A quality product, even nicer than I thought it would be, I ordered this after a snafu happened at our vet and a paw print impression of our beloved kitty was not obtained upon his passing. I had to find something comparably special so my son would not be devastated by the error. The box was personalized and shipped the day I ordered it. We now have a beautiful memorial box in which to keep his collar, photo and other mementos.

Another Beautiful Memorial Box! I had this made for my friend who had another pet pass away, and this lovely box cheered her up. It actually looks better then this picture, and being able to add the pets name, really makes it special. Grizzly's beautiful keepsake box I couldn't be any happier with my Keepsake Box. I'm keeping a whisker and some other odds and ins in the box. Beloved & Never Forgotten Perfect idea for a pet who is gone. We have purchased two since 2008. The poem is very nice, I read it from time to time. Inside, I keep their collars, tags, a few dog hairs (mostly stuck in their collar) and a photo on the inside lid. Recently, recommended to a friend in pain. Not for interment.
