 Awesome frame except for one thingThis frame is very nice. I love that you get to personalize it.The only thing I didn’t expect was for it to not have a glass covering the actual picture. There is a soft plastic paper in front of the picture. The plastic is also not super transparent, it has a bit of a white film on it so it makes the picture not look as clear as it should be. It should have had a hard clear plastic to protect the picture at least. I will try to fit a glass from an old frame I have. Would have been 5 stars.

Nice frame By Shopper (Beale AFB, CA) - May 19, 2015 I really like the overall design of this frame. I find the quality of the engraving to be just a bit lacking. It looks like a low resolution version of something you'd find at other engraving shops. Overall, I can't complain because the price is right for this and it made a fantastic Mother's Day gift. My wife absolutely loved it.

 thoughtful giftThoughtful gift however name placed inside heart comes out too small in comparison to script in the rest of the frame. It offsets the frame and puts a damper on the gift.

 Mom Picture FrameMuch to my surprise when I gave this gift to a special Mom,
the Frame wood was improperly cut off too close on the right and caused all the words on the far right to have a letter or 2 cut off. Someone should be checking the quality before it is sent to a customer.
