I emailed customer service and explained I had given the wrong birth date on my original order. They were gracious and understanding that mistakes are made. Memories captured This item delivers. It is exactly like described or better. Is better in person than any picture can show. This is my second purchase of this print. This is being given as a Christmas gift for my daughter and her family who just moved into their new house. This is a perfect anniversary, house warming and Christmas gift all rolled into one. The piece has a rustic feel to it.

I had previously ordered the same print but upon receiving it, I realized that I had made an error in a birthdate. Personalization Mall was able to give me a 50% discount on the new one I ordered! Beautiful This is exactally what I wanted. I ordered the thin one and it sits away from the wall perfectly. The personalization is clear and matches (it doesn't look like it was just stamped on). I just put dates (not names) of our children (blended family) and our wedding date. Love it... thank you!

Better than expected By Shopper (Lodi, OH) - January 7, 2022 I ordered late (four days before Christmas)but my “special Dates” canvas print came in time! It was better quality than I expected with a thick canvas and sturdy frame. I also made a mistake while entering one of the dates and customer service let me get another one to correct it. The whole experience was great and I recommend it to anyone.

I would DOUBLE the stars if I could. This personalized canvas is simply awesome! I could not have been any more pleased when I received it. I felt like a kid again, couldn't wait until Christmas for my husband to open.
The canvas, the print and the frame came together beautifully and the quality is off the charts. I really liked that you write the dates and description as to why that date is important. It IS truly personalized.

Love this! I accidentally ordered the incorrect dates on my canvas. I was so sad but needed it before Christmas and ordered it again. Customer service emailed me and gave me a discount on the second one I ordered! I was so happy and the gift got here before Christmas!
