Husband loved it Excellent! My husband has problems with his hands & prayed it wouldn't slip through his hands... after washing it & moving it to add ice, it fell & now has a small round dent, but it's ok..so I'm happy!

Also, I called your Customer Service and they also provided excellent service. I do, however, have a suggestion: please let the buyer know how many packages to expect. I did have a very large order and with the first package arrival notification it stated Your Order has arrived and when it came it was one package with 5 items, so I called to make sure the remaining items were still to be shipped and was informed that the entire order would come in three (3) packages. It would be helpful to know how many packages to expect. Thank you.
