Personalized Pencil Case and Lunch Box

I liked the fact that the pencil case has a few different zippered compartments. This is for my ''almost" 5 yr. old grandson, who will start Kindergarten in September. He will now have a place to keep pencils and other little items that he likes to carry around with him. The Printed name on the case isn't as bold and clear as I thought it would be. Nice quality material used. I also liked the lunch box, but the printing on that wasn't as sharp as it was on the pencil box, and it wasn't all that sharp on the pencil box either. It almost looked like the printing could rub off. It wasn't dark enough, and looked as though it was sort of sketched within the lines of the name, and some of the ink was missing??? Is it supposed to look like this? I just hope that if the outer side gets wiped down (because it gets dirty), that the name doesn't rub off.

I was disappointed with this pencil case. It looked very good but the personalized name is just attached with Velcro. With young children this will be removed and probably lost even before they start school.
