Great customer service I've ordered this pen set multiple times and the order has always been perfect. This last time the case had a couple of scratches on it. As was a gift, wanted to get it replaced. Called customer service, and no questions asked, a new replacement pen set was sent quickly!

Beautiful! I bought this as a gift for my supervisor. When I got this in the mail, I opened it up and it’s beautiful. t also writes nicely. I just have have one suggestion. Pad the inside of the case or strap the pen in. The pen was not scratched, but I think it’s nicer to have it not shake around a little bit. I’m confident my supervisor will love it!
