Unfortunately we lost his grandmother in December so I thought it would be a nice touch to put her graduation picture next to his. Personalized mug My husband and I spent Valentine's Day apart this year as he is recovering from surgery at our home in Florida while I had to stay in Michigan to work. Perfect! I recently ordered two of these personalized mugs. One was for a Christmas present and the other was a "return to work" gift for my daughter, who is going back to work after maternity leave. Her mug has pictures of her new baby that she can now take to work with her. Both mugs are perfect. The order/creation process was relatively simple. I placed my order on a Saturday and the mugs arrived within three days! The images on the mugs are sharp and clear. I am very happy with the end result. Impressive!

Magnificent Ordered custom made photo mug but substituted jpegs of special graphics I created in paint. Was worried about the quality of the graphics but the mug was gorgeous. So happy with the product, turnaround time and price.

The Best Ever! I went to the personalization mall because they had done such a great job with my previous orders, I have ordered coffee mugs with photos and they had turned out nice and shipped promptly. This time I ordered the 5 collage personalized coffee mugs. When I received them I thought one set had a mistake so I requested replacement. When my original order was reviewed I saw that it wasn't their error it was mine. I had cropped one of the photos incorrectly. So I was offered a discount on a re-order and the next thing I knew I had the replacement order at no charge! I am so happy with their customer service, I will be a lifetime customer. Great mug for a great price! This turned out to be a wonderful gift for my husband. We had a little issue with the first shipment, however Personalization Mall made everything right and we will use them for our future photo gifts for sure!

Wedding picture mug This was originally given to the father of the groom and grandmother of he groom. The grooms father broke his. He really felt bad. This all happened around Christmas 2012.
This year I ordered the mug again. It was so easy all of the pictures and the set up was saved so I ordered it again.

Mug turned out really nice I really liked that I could put 5 photos on the mug, and the reproduction is sharp and clear. Too early to say how long they will last (I don't plan to put the mug in the dishwasher), but basically I'm very pleased with the result. Also, I got the order just a few days after I placed it -- very efficient.
