 Colonel JoeColonel Joe received the frame I purchased and personalized for his 96th birthday! Yes, he was a decorated hero in world War 2 and is as feisty as he must have been over 70 years ago. A photo of him and his troops was placed in the frame and made a great hit at the party, where 50 friends and family members celebrated this great man's life.
