I love this heart and inscription, with they're name engraved on it makes it ve I gave as a gift to a fried who had lost her husband, she was thrilled with it and said she intended to pass it down in the family after she passes.This is the second one I have bought and was not disappointed.  REVIEEW OF PERSONALIZED HEART CLOCKThe personalized heart clock presents itself as pictured online. The only issue is with the clock falling out. I believe that probably was from being jostled around. Once in place on the desk, I'm sure it will stay in place.

The Customer Service department was very good about correcting the problem and will be sending out the clock part only. Very nice person on the phone.

Nice Clock but didn't work I was excited to receive the clock that I ordered. This will be the first mother's day for my sister in law without her mom and I wanted to do something special for her. The clock arrived at it's absolutely beautiful. It was everything that I expected. I went to set the clock and discovered that it does not work. Very disappointing ??

Beautiful gift! Recipient of gift loved it. I was looking for a small token of love for a Christmas gift. The only critique is the clock, it wasn’t positioned correctly. Other than that, very nice item!

I think they should include instructions on how to set the clock. I was able to figure it out but I noticed a lot of reviews that said the same thing it is no instructions.
