Beautiful pillow By Shopper (La Verne, CA) - February 4, 2020 This arrived basically "flat" instead of a puffy pillow. Called the Customer Service Dept. and they said when it is taken out of the cellophane it puffs up. So- I'm giving it to my granddaughter for her birthday and decided I'd let her have the fun of seeing it puff up. Service Rep said they have been asking that a notice be included in the shipment, but so far they will just get bombarded with questions from worried shoppers. I ordered the 18" pillow and it's lovely.
