Product is Nice, Shipment Packaging Needs Improvement By Shopper (Worcester, MA) - December 10, 2018 Personalization Mall has some nice products, including this ornament. However, when I received this delicate ornament (porcelain, I believe), I was anxious to open the package. It was packed only in a small piece of bubble-wrap and then in a small bubble-envelope. I have seen the way shippers handle packages - throwing them from the truck to the porch, etc. The last time I ordered something here (a mug) it arrived shattered into hundreds of shards. Thankfully, this ornament arrived in one piece.
