 Not impressed with the personalizationBy Shopper (Wernersville, PA) - December 20, 2021 I ordered this for my fiancé for Christmas. When it arrived, I was impressed with the packaging, until I opened it. The personalized etching in the glass was very crooked and throws off the whole piece. I wrote customer service twice, with no answer. Was definitely looking forward to giving him this gift, now I can’t, especially when I was planning on putting a $200 watch inside.
