We purchased this for our boss, and her family and grandchildren are her life. We are so anxious to see her reaction to this beautiful gift and wonderful way to display the pictures of her family under their last name. Really novel and great gift idea.

Very nice gift but the quality isn't the best. It was difficult to place the pictures into the frames that are attached. The board that is personalized is cheap plastic looking not wood as it appears. Grandma liked this but it isn't
the best quality as compared to other items I have purchased from this company.

I thought it was wood and it is plastic. However it is beautiful. I was shocked it needs to be put together, It is a gift for my parents who live out of state from us. I hope my mom can put it together. I believe for the price it should come ready to hang on the wall. Also I had to pay an additional $3.99 because it was a over sized box.Thank you

Made of plastic. Was missing the 6 screws that you use to put it together with. Thank goodness I had some that worked. Measurements are off if you want to hang it in the studs.

I ordered this as a gift - not realizing how impossible this is if you don't live with the person you give it to. The plaque is 2 pieces you screw together with 4 screws, and each picture frame is screwed to the hanging chain. When fully assembled you can't hold it by the rope, the plastic plaque bows severely and will probably crack if you don't support it. It will be fine on the wall because there is mounting hardware included, but makes it very difficult to move around safely. So if you plan to give as a gift and you don't want to assemble the entire thing at their house, make sure you have a box that is at least 44" x 26". I think it's a poorly manufactured design for a gift item.
