Ordered this mug for my Mom's 90th Birthday. Arrived within a few days, and was exactly how I ordered. That's the problem, and totally my fault! The main printing on the mug, Happy Birthday, birth year, and receipient name, should be seen by the person picking up the mug, in my opinion. The way this is wrapped, this is seen ONLY if that person is LEFT HANDED! The way it is wrapped, a right-handed person only sees the opposite side of a short personal message, if you added one. Had i noticed this, I would have reversed my inscriptions if they gave a choice, which i don't think I had. Still, a nice mug tho.
