Great customer service The first time I ordered this frame, the recipient received it broken. I would like to say, it's replacement arrived quickly and in perfect condition. It is now displayed proudly in the home of the new parents.

Newborn Picture Due to Covid my grand daughter was unable to take picures in the hospital. We used a picture that was taken from my cell phone to capture the first moment.
