Beautiful Ornament I purchased 2 of the ornaments for 2 of our sons. The one was beautifully done, the other was not. I contacted them and they responded within an hour, asked to email them a photo of the ornament which I did. Less than an hour later, they contacted me and said that they would send a replacement to me at no charge. It arrived in about a week. It was beautiful. Customer service was awesome. I have bought from them before and will again in the future.
