Omg, I was so excited to receive this item because I bought one for all my siblings. When it arrived, it was NOT what I was expecting. The frosted glass was white, it's very chunky and the picture is big on the item. Looks like my grade school child made it. I'm embarrassed to send it to my siblings but will do so because it has my mom's picture on it. Don't waste your money on this one...but I do buy from PersonalizationMall and have loved all the other products ive purchased.

I was very unhappy with my purchase. Unfortunately I did not read the description well enough because texture on the ornament shows through the picture and it looks horrible. The other thing is it is advertised as glass but I don't believe it is truly glass. Mine look and feel plastic. For the price it is highly disappointing.
