I love how customizable the colors are for this flag banner. The only thing that would make it even better is to include the string for the banner. I had to go out and buy string and putting it together on 2 banners takes a bit of time. I had an issue with my order (missing a couple of letters) and I have to give Personalization Mall 5 stars for their customer service. They immediately corrected the issue and expedited the shipment to ensure it arrived on time! I was SO pleased with their service and will ALWAYS order from them for my personalization needs and recommend them!

This is the very first thing I have ever ordered from PMall that I was disappointed in. I expected a banner which I could hang and what I received was just a stack of letters - so now... I have to find something to hang it by and put it together I guess.... I assumed this would be ready to hang. I also paid expedited shipping to receive by a certain day and my order came a day later. Would have been nice to at least receive a cord or string to hang it by.....Also the construction is just cardboard so not sure how durable it is...
