Both were a gift for two friends; one who lost their mother and the other who lost their father. I especially like the fact that I could choose a pattern for the design and the print. Most importantly, I wanted to have the ability to create my own wording on the frame. This frame allowed me to do both. The comments I received from the recipients provided me confirmation that I had made a wise choice in my gift selection.

 Nice Product, Deceptive Gift Box ScamBy Shopper (Phoenix, AZ) - November 30, 2023 I ordered an engraved picture frame and it came out beautifully. However, I paid $6.99 extra for the "gift box." The gift box was made of the flimsiest paper, not even card stock thickness. Their logo was plastered all over the top and it was "decorated" with a black elastic band. It was no where near the value of $6.99 and I think it was deceptive. Even though the product was nice, this type of deceptive practice makes me take a hard pass on ordering anything else from them.

 Product is okI was a little disappointed with the quality of the text. The engraving is not as crisp as I would have liked. Overall, it is ok though.
