Received Broken - Received New One By Shopper (Tullahoma, TN) - December 28, 2021 As I opened our ornaments, one was broken in three places. I emailed customer service to let them know. It was the weekend. Monday, I received an email that they had shipped a replacement. Excellent service.

Great Service to Fix My Mistake I had mistakenly ordered a Christmas ornament for my granddaughter "Rylie" but spelled it "Riley" (a Senior moment). Put it another order to replace with correct spelling 9 days before Christmas and was impressed with the service - it arrived in about 5 days. Great Customer Service!
