Thank Goodness for Personalization Mail We ordered personalized ornaments from Amazon this year on November 6th, it was now 5 days until Christmas and we still haven't received them. We feared we were not going to get them before Christmas and gave Personalization Mail a shot.
First of all their website made it very clear when we should expect our items and how they would look. They arrived on-time (actually a day earlier) and turned out exactly how they portrayed them. Amazon did not let us know that the other ornaments (which are still not here) are sitting in mainland China. If we had known our items weren't shipped from inside the US we wouldn't have purchased them due to shipping around the holidays. We will use Personalization Mail every year from now on. Thank you!

Great Christmas Gift I designed these ornaments to celebrate some of our firsts. They turned out beautiful and of great quality. I’m so excited to see my husband’s face when he opens it and we remember special memories together.

First Christmas It was beautiful...but I thought it was thicker glass other than that it was a gift and they loved it.

Almost perfect... The item itself was exactly what I was looking for and came out beautiful. Very happy with the quality and speed of delivery, but it came with nothing to hang it by. Maybe I missed it in the description, but I have ordered many ornaments from here and they always provided a string/ribbon. As long as the item came out great, that part is an easy fix, and I will get my own ribbon.

A perfect custom ornament! Personalization Mall was an incredible find! I was able to select the perfect ornament AND customize it in minutes. Before confirming the order, I liked being able to see a preview of the final ornament.
We had a bit of a hiccup with the shipping carrier but the customer service team at Personalization Mall jumped in quickly to resolve the issue.

Beautiful Keepsake! This premium glass heart is beautiful! It's cut from thick glass with smooth edges & the quality shows. A lovely keepsake item, etched with your special message. The pouch is worth ordering with it. If a gift it is a nice presentation, plus it serves as a nice protective cover for storage. I cannot wait to give this engagement gift to my Granddaughter at her wedding shower! It may be too heavy to hang on a tree, depending on strength of the branches; but would be lovely hung anywhere special!
