Magnificent mug! The first thing I really like is how they show you the way it will look so you can make any adjustments before purchasing. It came out magnificent! And it was great to be able to pick the mug size. The personalization on the front and being able to add the special note on the other side is a nice touch!!

exceeded expetations This mug was perfect! It looked better then I expected it to when I ordered it. I did have an issue with the shipping, but it was NOT with Personalization Mall. When I contacted them to let them know the shipping company lost my items, Personalization Mall was quick to make another mug for me and got it shipped out quickly.
