Time capsule box I bought this for our granddaughter's 1st birthday to be opened in 17 years on her 18th birthday. I know that she will enjoy looking at pictures, cards, notes and other memorabilia from her 1st birthday party, especially those from friends and relatives who are no longer with us (she is lucky enough to have 4 great grandparents currently). I wish that I would have had such a gift when I was 1 and hope that she appreciates as I would have.

Love this Time Capsule By Shopper (Edgewood, KY) - January 5, 2022 I had time capsules for my daughters who are 10 years older than my son. When he saw them open the time capsule he asked why he did not have one. I found this time capsule online and purchased it so that I could create a time capsule for him to open on his 18th birthday. I absolutely love it. It has a wonderful design and large enough to store newspaper clippings, photos and letters for my son.

 CheapI previously ordered this for my daughter and it was a nice, sturdy, wooden box. I had no idea that this one would be cheap, heavy, cardboard. I would not purchase this again. I'm very disappointed.
