Very cute product and excellent customer service! Love this frame. Worked perfectly for a wedding gift. I have to compliment the company on their customer service. I waited until a week before the wedding to order the frame. I chose expedited shipping and it came a few days before which was perfect. There was a small flaw of spilled ink or something on the frame. I contacted them right away and they overnighted me a new frame just in time for the wedding. They were very responsive with emails and didn't hesitate to fix the problem. Five stars!
