Anniversary Frame I have ordered many times from Personalization & always the products were perfect. This time I ordered an Anniversary Frame & it came scratched, the screws for the back were too small so the frame was not able to stand.I called Customer Service & they sent out a new one that was perfect & they also expressed it. Great customer service.
