It could have been faster

I can't say much about the card because it was the thought that mattered in a case like this. The only complaint was that although this qualified for express shipping (and that was indicated on the order page), it was not possible to select it so I assumed that in this case (a Sympathy card), express would be included but it was not. The card was ordered om the 18th and finally delivered at the end of the 23rd which was a bit later than I had hoped for.

Otherwise, the service was good and I have no other complaints.
