Very Impressed This was my first purchase from Personalization Mall. I was amazed at how quickly my order arrived. Email communications from Personalization Mall prior to receiving my order were also excellent.
Product quality exceeded my expectations. I was impressed that the custom lettering was perfectly etched into the ornament instead of just printed on top.
The product packaging, a velvet drawstring bag, was better than I expected. I can't wait to give this gift! From the package presentation to the personalization... very fun!

Cute Product- Quality could be better The product arrived in a great package. The engraving was all perfect, but the Christmas lights around the window had the ink bleed into the other areas. Overall, a good product, but slightly disappointed with the lights.

Girls Day Out A group of us rents a party bus each year for a shopping trip. Every year I try to find an ornament for everyone to remember the event. This was a great one because I had them engraved with individual names. The ornaments are a little heavy but other than that, they were a great token of our trip.
