I bought the mugs for last year's group and had our yearbook cover picture put on them along with a message. The tradition was a hit and continued with the class again this year. The students LOVED the size of the mugs as well as the colors used on them (school colors of course). For my broadcast students I put a picture of them in action on the mug. Their photos were clear and had great quality. They were not out of register at all. I would definitely recommend this product for a fairly inexpensive and memorable gift.

This was a fun product to personalize, there were a lot of features available for color choice, text, and personal message. I can't say enough about doing business with this company. Exceeded expectations! I am absolutely thrilled with this gift. It came in just a few days and is perfect in every way...in fact, it's even a larger mug size than what I expected. Can't beat the price or quality.
The only slight issue I had was not with the mug, but with the flat gift box I bought. There are absolutely no instructions on assembly; I was a bit frustrated by that and not sure if I even did it correctly. There wasn't even a picture of what the finished box should look like.

 Perfect as usual...big hit with everyone and great price!This is the 2nd time I've purchased this item. Last year, I designed one for my cousin's daughter's college graduation and this time for my son's high school graduation. The quality is outstanding and it always arrives in just a few short days. This time, it was even on sale and less expensive than last year! It's a lot of fun to design and very simple to do. Everyone who saw it loved it and asked me where I got it.
The only reason I rated it a 4 (and not a 5) is because it's a bit frustrating that all the copy lines don't have the same maximum character allowances. I wasn't able to write everything I wanted because of that. Some schools have longer names than others. Some of the lines only allowed a mere 4 characters.
I would definitely recommend this item and will order it again if the situation presents itself.
