But when I received the package the item was very well protected so I didn't mind so much. The craftsmanship was very nice. Lettering was professional. Background name was subtle but added to the design. Silver envelopes for the candy bars are high quality and really add to the overall presentation. I must say I was pleased.

After I ordered then I realized I needed to upgrade the shipping option. When I called the customer service was extremely helpful, and efficient and even found a coupon that would allow my change to cost me only $3 additional dollars. Arrived on time. Absolutely loved loved loved the wrappers!! I couldn't be more pleased with the candy bar wrappers. The outside personalized wrapper is on glossy thicker paper - very elegant, high quality! The foil to enclose the candy bar is all enclosed except for the side flap where you enclose the candy bar - it really makes the whole look pop! It more than meets what I could have ever expected.  Nice productI ordered these for a local Union party. They looked good and the foil envelope included allowed me to just slip the whole packaged bar right in. I was concerned about not getting them in time and customer service made sure I got them on time.

Nice but The wrappers are nice however I really wish the background where are names are written was a little darker. It's a little hard to see especially against the black paper.

Only issue with product was that the wrappers contain no adhesive to close. Had to spend additional money for double sided tape and had to gage where to seal. Process took longer than expected.
