Product Great - Customer Service & Shipping...not so great By Shopper (Hendersonville, TN) - January 10, 2021 Items (3) ordered in November. They were all three GIFTS to be sent to friends. I was notified that they would all be delivered by Dec. 11th (def in time for Christmas). They were not. The tracking #’s provided would take you right back to the website (?) and I received no communication, from the company, until “I” reached out via email, phone, email, phone, email, phone...The phone # told you to send an email and the emails told you to CALL??? FINALLY, someone responded via email and I was told that the orders were lost in transit. The email asked if I wanted them remade or did I want to be refunded? One by one, I asked that they be remade and shipped - in the end, all 3 were received, the last of which wasn’t received until January!! This is a very difficult time we’re living in right now - and we can ALL use alittle “grace.” What would’ve been helpful - would’ve been for someone, from the company to have COMMUNICATED to me - without me (the customer) having to reach out, numerous times, just to find out where the Christmas gifts I I ordered - and paid for - were? Just disappointing.

Pet cookie jar This is the best treat jar I have ever had. It has a great seal on the lid that prevents treats from getting stale and/or falling off and breaking.
I made mine as a combo treat jar for my husband and dogs as he never eats a treat without giving them one.

Doggy Treat Jar This is a great treat jar! It's bigger than I thought and will hold lots and lots of treats. The writing is very attractive, and the jar will look lovely on my son and daughter-in-laws kitchen counter. Would buy it again in a heartbeat.

Great Jar! The jar is a lot bigger than expected which is cool, and it seals nicely! The color is pretty, the saying I had put on it turned out perfect. I've gotten a lot of compliments in the short time I've had it. My dogs know their 'Good Boy Cookies" are in there. Love it!

I was impressed with the quality of the rubber lid liner so that it's not porcelain hitting porcelain when you put the lid back on the jar. I thought that was good attention to detail. I definitely recommend this product to anyone else who loves their dog or a dog lover
