 Great! This hasn’t been used yet but I think it will be perfect for my granddaughter in kindergarten. It’s a good size to ensure she’s drinking water through the day. I don’t know how well it will stay cold all day yet. Having her name on it makes it so much easier to keep track of and for her to recognize as hers.

Could not be happier The item itself is of good quality. I know the little girl I bought it for is going to love it. But I want to take the time to also give kudos to the customer service staff. I have ordered from Personalization Mall at least 9 or 10 times before and never had an issue. This year I received the wrong item. But the problem was resolved very quickly. I made one phone call, talked to a very nice customer service rep and received a replacement item very quickly. Very happy customer here loving the item and the service!
