Pleasantly Surprised By Shopper (Muncie, IN) - October 20, 2017 This keychain was of great high quality. I was actually expecting a lower grade metal, and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of metal and etching on them. The heavier duty tag on the keychain is definitely one that could withstand years worth of wear as a keepsake.

Item nice, but shipping way to expensive! By Shopper (Belleville, MI) - December 28, 2015 The dog tag key chain was really nice, as is everything I buy from you guys. The shipping is way over-priced! I paid almost the same shipping charge for a 40 pound set of pots and pans as I did for this item from you that only weighs a couple ounces. I have been a customer of Personalization Mall for many years and I feel like I should get free shipping or at least fair shipping on everything I purchase.

I have to admit, I thought the engraving would show up a little better than it does, there is not a lot of contrast in color between the words and the background but, other than that tiny little mention, I am totally pleased with this keychain and think it's a great value for the money!

Great Service This is a beautiful quality key chain, from ordering to delivery was great, however the engraving is so delicate that you can hardly read it. Even though the quality is great, the weight of the item is more than my friend can carry on her key chain. If the engraving was more read-able and the weight wasn't so heavy I would have given this 5 stars.
