My husband has two watches he wears and this was the perfect way to store them. The instructions on the personalization was a bit confusing so I'm not sure I put the correct letter and name where is should have been. For the amount of money I paid, I would have liked more clear instructions so I would know that it was perfect, but it is still nice. My husband was very happy with his gift. The quality is 5 stars. The ordering process is 2 stars.
